Does anyone know of a product that works like a doorbell button, using bluetooth?

You see, at home I have this room where I have my computer, my books, my guitars, my tools and all my knick-knacks. I'm the kind of guy who needs this little bit of space of my own, my Office. The room for my Office was chosen even before we moved in, and was located right next to the living room. This convenient arrangement allowed me to be involved both in my own tinkering and whatever else was going on in the house. If I was needed for any reason, I was right there.

Now, what was explicitly my office soon started to include a few things that had to be stored somewhere, and then came to also include larger, actively used items like an ironing board, and bed sheets, and it became Our office - until I wasn't using it anymore. I ended up finding myself sitting on the living room couch with my laptop in my, well, lap.

So I figured I wanted my own space back, I wanted all that non-office stuff to go somewhere else. After discussing different options of what goes where with my wife, we decided to to move the stuff to a room upstairs. Well, my stuff, that is. That room upstairs is now my Office.

That's just fine by me as long as I have my own space to retreat to from time to time. It's not like I'm here all the time (sort of), but it's really good for my sanity to have some moments of solitude and be working on my own little projects. But now the problem is I'm getting isolated from what's going on in the rest of the house. I'm all alone on a different floor, sometimes with headphones on, and the door closed to keep the heat in, as the rest of the floor is little used and therefore unheated. So my wife is getting annoyed from me not being around and not aswering her calling - even yelling - for my attention. It's getting to the point where I'm feeling guilty for taking my sanity-moments (where moment is denoted in geek-time, which may refer to a number of hours).

So that's why I need this doorbell button thingy. I'll put it downstairs in the living room in some convenient location, and when it's pressed it'll send a bluetooth singal to my laptop triggering a "Wife Calling" notification, and possibly muting my trance music. If you know of such a device, or something which might work in a similar fasion, please let me know - though it needs to have a decent WAF.
